  Impact windows and door

  I first contacted Panariello (Jerry) in May 2022 for estimate. Heard
  nothing till I asked if he was interested or not or I would hire some
  one else. Immediate response via text was YES. Came, measured
  and took down payment 50% on June 22. No contact from him till
  end of December:” your windows are in, we can install end of this
  week or Monday next week.” Two weeks later I get called “we can
  come tomorrow, Jan 10, we will do all windows and slider in one
  day”. Did the patio door and 2 windows and went home 3pm!
  Another day of tremendous dust, dirt and hammering. Next day, the installers discovered they were ONE window short! and the old
  window had been removed, leaving a bigger opening for the
  impact window with nothing to put in it! Panariello drove over and
  said he THOUGHT I only had 3 windows and only ordered 3!! They
  took a newly installed window from a side walkway out and put in
  the opening in front. All windows were to be sliders (sideways). He
  drove to warehouse in FtLauderdale where he got a double hung
  (up and down), an “extra”. Not matching but better than nothing.
  I was assured they would move all furniture back and re-hang blinds
  and clean everything up. I had to call them back to do that, they
  were anxious to leave before 3pm on day two. Panariello came after I complained and looked at the mess they left. I had to pay
  $75 to a cleaning person, the dirt was so overwhelming for me and
  my 2yr old pup. He took the remaining balance a d said he would
  be back in 2 weeks with the County Inspector.
  Now, 2.5 mos later, I have not seen Mr Panariello nor the inspector.
  Inspector’s office said upon my inquiry that the inspection was
  NOT scheduled, permit still open! My windows still have Lawson
  sticker on them, not allowed to remove till inspection and they are
  still full of glue. I, at 82, scraped a lot of wet cement off the floor
  tiles and the painted walkway has reminders of the installation
  showing, white globs, besides pieces of glass my dog found in the
  bushes and saw dust piles on the lawn.
  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with any remodeling job.

  Window construction and installation

  Within a few days of an enlightening consult, Jerry just finished creating a new opening and installing a hurricane impact window in our master bedroom, which is just one of the several projects we are excited for him to complete. He made suggestions based on our idea for a new window opening, ordered the materials, and completed the job professionally, meticulously, and quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. Though our initial goal was to have Jerry and his company provide his principal services of installing a window and sliding glass doors, after meeting with Jerry and discussing our entire plan, we felt he was absolutely the right contractor to help complete the whole project. Jerry possesses expertise in many areas beyond the scope of what his business' name imparts. He has provided us with ideas, suggested changes, and full confidence in his abilities, and we look forward to the talented work we know he will perform as he is highly knowledgeable in a multitude of construction areas including, but not limited to: * Master Bedroom and Bath Extensions and Remodeling * Plumbing * Electrical work * Drywall and finishing * Permit requirements and acquisition * Building plans and architectural beams and supports.

  We even keep adding items to our job order in other areas of our home as we have already found what a wide range of talents Jerry offers at beyond reasonable and fair pricing.
