Vague contracts, low quality materials that you have to pay to just be standard. Revolving door of employees that are training on the job in your home - ZERO experience. No supervision. Quality of work is so poor. Paint everywhere, trim does not meet up with next piece, tile not grouted or sealed properly, gaps around windows, under windows, in the windows themselves and having to stuff paper towels in the cracks just to block the wind, gaps in newly installed flooring, kitchen cabinets to the ceiling on one side and on the other a two inch gap, trim stress cracking around doorways due to being installed improperly, leaving the paper backing on tile and placing it down in the mortar, not troweling the mortar but smoothing it out before placing tiles, not properly grouting the tile - not the first time, the 2nd time or the 3rd…….projects dragging on for MONTHS - being told to get a hotel room when the apartment lease was extended twice…..Job left undone.
Run far away from this company. The only positive reviews on line are from the owners daughters, son in law and other relatives. Ask the owner how many times they have changed their name and why? Run. -

I had the Panda Team out to my home to do a kitchen remodel. All of the staff was kind, courteous and I'm beyond happy with the outcome! I will recommend, and will definitely have them back out for my next project/s.

WARNING: We hired "Panda Home Improvement" to work on our home. It was unbearable. Sheer Panda-monium! Their craftsmanship and communication were beyond disappointing. Workers were nice, but unskilled. We even had the owners working on our project most days! I had Panda Home Improvement come and do a basement remodel for me and it was some of the nicest friendliest work that I've ever had done in my place the employees were great to have in
my house and the work was above the quality of things that I've had done in the past I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.

Awful experience. Company is not paying the plumbing contractor. We (as the paying customer) had to handle multiple issues on our own. Poor quality and absolutely no follow up and horrible communication. Job was "finished" in June after 7 long months of issues and now owes us/customer $2,000 and is unwilling to pay what is owed to us. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
