Jorge did the following jobs for me- new window shutters, new floor for my old deck, power washed my vinyl siding and trim work. Everything was done perfectly - quickly and efficiently. Cost was very reasonable. I look forward to using Jorge again in the future.

Pando Contractor completely renovated a nearly 30 year old full bathroom that was leaking through the dining room ceiling. The job was done in the time frame promised, the cost was reasonable and the final product was outstanding. There was minimal disruption and great care taken to clean up each day. Jorge Pando was a pleasure to work with, kept us well-informed and consulted us as necessary. His suggestions were always just right. We will certainly call Jorge and Pando Contractor anytime we need work done on our house. We were lucky to find him and we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the project.

Jorge Pando has done 3 renovation projects for me over the past several years- new kitchen (2009), family room (2011), and bedroom (2012). Jorge arrives on time for all appointments, his prices are fair, and his workmanship second to none! Jorge and his assistant take great pains to minimize the disruption to your home. They clean up after each day's work and leave everything better than they found it.

I have been a customer of Pando Contractor since Nov 2002 and I have found him to be exceptional in every way. He has renovated three bathrooms at my residence,
installed a new deck and flagstone walk way, and painted the entire interior and exterior. At his suggestion he painted the original aluminum siding and it looked like new for a fraction of the cost of new siding!

He fixed up my rental property that was in poor condition for a very quick sale at full price. It was totally renovated in August, listed in September, and sold in early October 2012 in a still somewhat poor market. All the prospective buyers marvelled at his new bathrooms and kitchen makeover with new cabinet, floors, and backsplash. The place never looked that good during the 30 years I owned it!

After several bad experiences with other contractors, I will never use another contractor. Jorge Pando is simply the BEST!

He handled the renovation of my new home, including an ingenious structural repair solution that saved thousands of dollars, new wiring and lighting, overhaul of the entire HVAC system, and remodeling of the kitchen and two bathrooms. He comes on time, insists on a clean work site and post-work cleanup, and follows the 'rule of no surprises' all the way through the remodeling process. Mr. Pando is the complete 5-STAR contractor! When I was trying to fix up my house in McLean to sell just as the market was starting to tank I was terrified. Mr. Pando came to the rescue - working with me and my real estate agent to find all the "show stopper" items that would need to be fixed to appeal to a buyer, and he and his helper worked fast and efficiently to get everything done, with precision and white glove cleanliness. He also is on time, on budget, and a gracious person to work with. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Jorge Pando is simply the best contractor around.... on every level. He is smart, knowledgeable, incredibly reliable and punctual, super safety conscious, flexible, clean, and charges reasonable/fair rates.
