EXCELLENT people with EXCELLENT service. I can't even believe what I've read below because my experience was top notch.
First of all, I am a DIY'er and needed help with my well pump, on a Sunday of all days. I called the shop with no answer and the owner called me back on his personal cell phone.
The owner, Matt came down to the shop and met me there late afternoon Sunday. Not only did he sell me a GREAT Franklin motor, put it back together for me, and test it, but he did it with a smile on his face. All the while he was educating me on the rights and wrongs of well pumps.
Secondly, the price was absolutely reasonable. Everyone else wanted to charge me in excess of 1k, some even 4k! He kept me in the $500 range, and didn't even bat an eye at it.
Finally, Matt took the extra time to help me with my control panel. He even went as far as drawing a diagram with me, and then printing me an instructions sheet from his master book.
This guy is truly one of a kind, and you won't find other business owners like him out there. He knows well pumps better than you could ever imagine, and is a true expert in the business. He took his weekend time, on fathers day no less, to help me and my family out in an emergency and didn't take advantage of us when he totally could have.
Matt, thank you from the bottom of my heart. They truly don't make them like you anymore.
