i have known victor for most of my life, he did a job for me in 2004 that i had to chase him to finish, i used him again in 2021 for a whole house wire and have had nothing but problems such as no communication, never doing what he says he's going to do, no steady crew, never taking calls or responding to text, left the job very messy the list goes on, i wouldn't hire him to change a light bulb. do not hire him he is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with, i thought after all these years he might have improved, but he is worse than i could ever imagine
