Paone Construction was the General Contractor for our guest house build. This house is 2900 sqft total, so not a small undertaking. Mike Paone, Owner, is very detail oriented and thorough. Amazing attention to detail and planning. The slab was poured in December, and we had our Certificate of Occupancy in early April. All the materials were ordered in sufficient time to keep the project moving and all the subcontractors were scheduled very well. That helped our job move along so much faster than our primary home, which was a disaster. Mike was on site almost every day, he setup all the county inspections and pre-inspected prior. Everything went so smoothly and that has never been our experience in building houses (this was our 3rd). The level of craftmanship and quality of this build was extremely high. We are very happy with the result. I highly recommend Paone Construction to anyone that is looking for a top-shelf builder who puts the customer first.
