After hiring Graham Paull, who does business as Paper Perfect. I discovered there was nothing perfect about the way he painted the exterior of my house. I believe, in my opinion he uses contract labor to do the work in his absence with little to no supervision. As you can see he hasn’t does not have a place of business, just a PO Box. I’ve asked him to return several times over the last year and a half and he is always give me an excuse saying he’ll be there but never makes it. My metal handrails appear to have never been primed or cleaned just painted over and the paint just rubs off and exposes rust. One side of my house which was patched the paint has been peeling off that side for a year and a half. My HOA hired him to repair and paint a common retaining wall and whatever he did has failed miserably. In my opinion, he is not a man of his word and I would never hire him again. Dunn Edwards provided specifications and he did not follow then in my opinion since metal canopy appear to show severe rusting. I would recommend finding, in my opinion a better painter.
