I would not recommend this builder. I have had the worst experience with them being a first-time homebuyer. It took them forever to finish my home... and nearly went 60 days past the closing date to finish although the home was completely built and just needed finishing touches. Even after, it's still issues that they needed to address per the final walk-through that they have not addressed and I've been in the house for 4 months. They don't answer/respond to calls. They, nor their realtor, ever gave me a tutorial of the home and how to work some of the functions of the house. The house is beautiful and i guess i can't expect it to be perfect but I expected there to be a little more attention to someone that just purchased a home from you.
