On 11/02/2010 Paradise Landscape (Tad Wood) signed an agreement to complete our landscape in 5 weeks, by 12/19/2010, but it was not completed for 5 months on
04/14/2011.Tad has refused to pay a plumber for damages to the sewer line caused by Tad's crew.
And Tad has not replaced dead plants or repaired irrigation leaks under his warranty.

Really nice guys. They came quickly to give us a bid, says they'd be back in a week to do the job. They never showed up. After a week went by we called and were told they're come in a couple days.
It's been 7 weeks now and the job is not done. We've called every week, and keep getting the same story. A week ago, Saturday, I told them if they can't do it, they need to tell me so I can get someone else. They promised to come Monday. They did, and did a miniscule but of work, which ended up being done incorrectly. We haven't seen it heard from them since. I've called and left messages which have gone unreturned.
