I used this landscaper for about 5 years. At first he was very easy to reach and responsive to my requests. I spent a fortune with him trying to get our lawn into shape. The last year that I used him he told me that we would have the best lawn in the neighborhood or he would re-sod the entire yard. The yard filled with weeds and crab grass the entire season. When I told him to go get the sod, I suddenly didn't hear from him anymore. His phone mail box was "full", my letters went unanswered and I didn't hear from him for 18 months until he showed up at my door claiming that he had been injured and in rehab. The fact that he had no one to answer the phone or return inquiries I found to be ridiculous. He had also taken $100 to repair some plaster work in my house which he never returned to do. He did return that money to me when he showed up but I would never do business with him again. I'm sorry that I wasted so much time and money on this business over the years that we used him. I kept hoping for better results..they weren't forthcoming.
