    We contracted with paradise homes to build a home on our property. They took over 36,000 dollars for work they did not perform. We contracted paradise homes to build a house on our property. After many delays and excuses which lasted about a year paradise homes finally delivered the permit and then began construction. They poured the slab and constructed block walls for the 1st floor. They then stopped all work and would not return calls, emails or texts. We tried to contact them for over a month but to no avail. There were also trusses that were delivered to the property. Later we learned that the the money that was given to paradise to pay for the trusses was not paid to the truss company. Also the 1st floor block that was constructed was not paid for. As a result we had 2 liens on our property. Paradise also left a dumpster on the property and after numerous requests to remove it ***** ****** president of paradise homes, contacted us and stated she had contacted the vendor to remove the dumpster. We learned that she lied after we called the vendor. She had not paid the bill. We had to pay 1300.00 to get the dumpster removed. She also did not pay 3 other vendors that added up to about 10, 000. We paid the vendors to avoid anymore liens. ***** ****** of paradise homes has taken approximately 50,000.00 from us for bills that she did not pay. She lies right to your face, is very untrustworthy and is devious. Her behavior has in my opinion been criminal. She took our money knowing she had no intention on paying the vendors. She did contact us a couple of times and but each time she continued to lie about about the issue. We sent ***** ****** a demand letter demanding that she pay for the items that she was contracted to do. Certified letters were returned unsigned. Paradise homes should be shut down for defrauding her customers. She should not be allowed to have a construction license

    Paradise Nightmare! Rippled roof, warped doors, outdoor equipment pad poured too small, no walk thru or punch list, construction debris dropped and buried in front yard, over charges, up charges, Can't pull car in garage due to pavers put incorrectly-no radius, flooring that has gaps that does not meet the baseboards, electrical issues, concrete spills, doors not sealed properly, unrealistic allowances, no ramps put in for handicap assessability, tub put in backwards and there is chips in it, the list goes on and on and on and on..........Poor quality built house and shoddy workmanship! The cost to correct and repair is astronomical! She is not a custom builder! She outsources everything. Money hungry and only cares about getting her bank drawls. This house should of been called the a la Carte house! RUN from this builder don't WALK!

    Empty Promises. Be AWARE !!! Do not make a mistake by using this builder. If I listened to my wife from the start, I would never have used them to build my home. They are incompetent, unreliable and incapable of building a dog shed. They sub-contract all the work. They do nothing them selves. The so called super intendant that over sees the project does not know how to use a tape measure, level, hammer or a plum line. The project took 2 years and thats with me correcting mistake after mistake and pushing them to finish. They constently wanted there next bank payment. At the end I just had to give up because I needed to move in with many thing unfinished. They promised to finish and they lied. Once they have all you money, don't expect them to ever do anything. They blow you off endlessly with empty promises until you just finally give up. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Paradise Home Group located in Port St. Lucie
