    WORST POOL COMPANY EVER. Delays, rude employees, subcontractors, no supervision. Negligent installation damaged neighbors property and the HOA property. Dug the wrong pool 3 times. Even their subcontractors think they stink and I have it on video tape. Run away and dont give them your money.

    signed with Paradise pools in June of 2020, they begin digging in December of 2020. It is now the end of October 2021 and my pool is still not complete. they fail to return emails and voice-mails, they say they will show and then are no shows. I was told by my salesperson Jennifer it would be 4-6 months we are at 11 months. They blame the delay on covid but I have many friends who have started pools and are already swimming for months. No physical work has been done on my pool since July 23rd of this year. They say I caused a delay with my baby barrier but thru no help of their company I had it installed and approved by the city within 3 days of a call from the office saying we had failed. The city inspector was in disbelief that this has taken so long and gave us his direct contact to speed up the process on their end. Their own subcontractors have questioned us as to why this has taken so long to complete. Avoid this company at all costs if you want your pool time in a timely manner.

    I have dealt with a lot of contractors and this company is by far the worst.

    POSITIVES
    I love the design of our pool.
    They fixed the issue (after fighting with them for a year)

    NEGATIVES
    They do not communicate with you.

    All the pool work is hired out to other people so there is no quality control.
    We only had someone come by twice to check things out.

    They put the pavers in before leveling out the side of our yard which they dug up. When I told them about this they told me that I would have to rent a Bobcat to do it myself.

    They refused to take the pavers that they replaced so I was left with them and had to break them up by hand.

    They told us the pool would take 4 months to finish. It ended up taking a year for it to be swimmable, and then another year of arguing to get them to fix the problem. That equals 2 years of stress from start to finish.

    They did a terrible job on the plaster and would not admit it.

    They lied to us (and were caught in a lie) telling us they sent a professional over to look at our pool plaster. They told us that person said our plaster was just fine and that they showed them a video of our pool. When I asked to see the video they couldn't find it. They also didn't realize that we have a locked gate, I work from home and my office faces the pool, and we have cameras all around our house.

    They attempted to fix the plaster 3 times. We had to drain and refill our pool 2 times and replace our filter twice costing us around $300 that they would not pay for. They did give us $50 for the second time we had to drain our pool and provided us with a pool filter.

    We love our pool! Right from the beginning, Larry Rule was very friendly and personable. He stayed in touch with us in a regular basis, and followed up on any questions or concerns that we had throughout the entire process (and I had a lot of questions!). Of course, no one likes the process of construction, but I have to say, compared to many stories that I have heard from others that have had a pool built, our experience was not bad, and it was completed pretty quickly and looks great! Just be sure to read your contract so you know what the homeowner is responsible for during the build. Thanks, Paradise for giving us our own little piece of paradise!

    I had a great experience with the company UNTIL they switched my Project Manager. If you decide to use them request Frank as your PM and your pool will be built smoothly. If you cannot get that guarantee, I would go with another company.

    New swimming pool

    Paradise Swimming Pools was referred to us by a friend. We are very happy that we went with them to build our pool. The salesperson was so nice and designed a beautiful pool for us. The office staff was so amazing during the whole process. Everyone that came to our home was very respectful. We have a beautiful backyard that we are enjoying every day. Thank you very much Paradise Swimming Pools. A+ company.

    I signed a contract on June 1, 2015, and paid a $4,000 deposit. I didn't hear from the company again until mid September, when I was told I needed to pull a fence permit and have my electrical service upgraded. I did both within a week. That was the last I heard from them until January 2016 when I emailed the company and threatened to cancel the contract and demand my deposit be refunded. I am firmly convinced that had I not threatened the cancellation, I would still be waiting for construction to start.

    It is now March 16, 2016 (eight and one half months later), and Paradise says the pool will take another six to eight weeks, if I am lucky. That means that it will be about one year from start to finish. I have a concrete shell, plumbing, a giant hole, Piles of dirt all over the yard, and trash everywhere.

    In addition, they have crushed a sidewalk, ripped up my sprinkler system, knocked over two fence posts, and covered almost half my back yard with piles of dirt which has killed the grass.

    The owner/manager does not answer phone calls or emails, leaving the dirty work to her two office workers. Just to add icing to the cake, I tried calling the company in December only to get a voice message that they were closed for a two week Christmas/New Year vacation. Imagine that, they are six months behind on their contracts and take extended vacations.

    Paradise Pools has no work crews of its own, rather it uses subcontractors for all its work.

    This is absolutely the WORST construction company of any kind that I have EVER dealt with. Imagine the worst nightmare experience you can possibly have and multiply it by ten.

    I recommend you go elsewhere for pool construction.
