After buying a house, they will stop being responsive to your concerns. They will cancel appointments and make you wait for weeks before fixing something in the house that you brought. They will even try everything to indirectly tell you that its your fault that something is not working in the house. After talking to the project manager multiple times, you will observe that there is no point talking to him because he is just using a bunch of words to get away without actual solution. There is one time we asked about a certain switch and he said it was supposed to be for the ceiling fan in the dining area but since the design was changed, there is no ceiling fan therefore the switch is just an extra that they decided not to remove. After he is gone we found out its for the backyard light and the switch is actually working. Thats just one of the many times we learned he is just winging it. I stopped expecting any sort of truthfulness behind what he is saying. Not credible.
