I would NEVER recommend these incompetent people! They have destroyed my 75 year old mother’s home! From top to bottom! They destroyed mine and my mothers furniture, carpet, bedding and bed, plumbing for my washer, the tile under the washer that they let the pipe leak for a week and then said to “put a bucket under it.” They damaged the walls and then scratched up my new sink I put in before they did the lead abetment. Then put the same woodwork in they was around the door they put I and then didn’t put ANY of the doors in right! They wrecked the flooring they put in before I got back in the house and paint everywhere! The cream carpet is destroyed the paint is on the carpet and tile and on the wall paper and when we complained about the paint on the wall paper they pulled the wall paper off where the paint was and then painted over the wallpaper in the bathroom. Everything they did was shoddy and unfinished! They had lead dust EVERYWHERE and I still don’t have it all cleaned up! It’s been a nightmare and it doesn’t end! They still have not put in the window they put in wrong. They won’t come back to fix the stuff that they didn’t put in right and they said there is a year guarantee. I’ve been so stress through this whole thing I’ve been getting chest pain and stressed to the max. I need a lawyer!. I’d say they don’t deserve the one star! We sound take away stars for such bad work!

My experience started off pretty good at first, One of their employees met me at my home to describe what was to be done. Unfortunately once I was out of my home for 5 days, other workers decided to do half jobs: Although I paid money in advance some work was never completed, tile floors were damaged, marble window seals painted over, electrical work was not completed, maybe because the guy wasn't an electrician. My front door slab was cracked in half which the contractor agreed to patch until i told him you can't patch the other side( it was split in half , all the windows that were put in have gaps in them ( per the supplier they are bowed out, air and bugs coming in the window, 2 of them are hard to open and close, one in my laundry room blew out all together. Lead paint chips and dust was all over my yard and flower bed, the contractor refused to re soil which was in the contract. Long long story short! I'm out of thousands of dollars on top of what the company has already received. In no way have they tried o make a mends, and on top of it I have to spend hundreds of dollars to file a claim in court.. save yourself a head ache a use another company like Absolute, and don't give money up front like I did. The also had an electrician pull the permit for work, but they didn't use him, they had some random employed do the work which I never received new wiring to the panel box, new switches, or plate covers.

Paragon sent someone to do electrical work who was not an electrician, he could not even correctly put in a sump pump, after it was put in dirty water came up, splashing on the floor, wall, and the back of my freezer. Peragon allowed an unlicensed person to put in a 3 way switch and did not return to complete the wiring, they also pulled the permit after the work was done . I contacted the company who got the permit and he did not know the person who did the work and offered to come and correct it. They had an electrician get the permit, but then used an unlicensed crew member to do the work.
