David Hill built a pretty pool from a distance because he left us with dis-colored tile grout... we literally have one color above the water line and another at the waterline and below. He came out to look and agreed there was a problem... made an appointment to fix it, then we mutually agreed to reschedule due to rain. He has since NOT responded to any phone message or emails. Additionally the automatic fill valve does not function... we have to manually turn on the automatic fill valve to keep the waterline. We will have to pay another pool contractor to remedy these problems... and the tile grout is going to be expensive and will include draining the pool partially or completely! Needless to say this has been very frustrating... we paid David/Paragon Pool a hefty premium compared to over bids... we really thought we were buying quality, service and peace of mind. We wished we had gone with John Crystal Pools.
