I would not recommend them for overly complex or challenging jobs. I'm generously giving them three stars because aesthetically the Stonewall looks good. Lisa was respectful and pleasant but the main purpose of the job was to fix a severe drainage issue, bottom line. The Stonewall was just icing on this cake. Communication was extremely poor. The drainage issue was not fully resolved. During a severe storm the stone wall looks like a fancy sprinkler system with all the unintentional holes in the concrete between the stones. Was given an additional verbal quote due to changes from original quote. Requested it in writing but that was never provided. The added quote included Sandy loam vs sand to backfill the Stonewall and to finish leveling and grading the yard. Red clay and gravel was brought in instead.. Requested a concrete, above ground, drainage strip vs french drain in the back yard. Came home to a completely different design than was discussed (with no heads up on the redesign). The concept did turn out to be a better option, however, the drainage strip was practically flat versus concave in some spots and not pitched correctly at one critical spot so it does not 100% work as it should. The bigger issue is that it was aesthetically so poorly executed I will find someone else to rip it out and redo it correctly. I was extremely shocked quality not to mention disappointed.
One would think with Paramount concrete as your company name a simple concrete slab built for drainage would be your best work... it's just sad.
