We had a lot of work done by this company, siding, windows, electrical, roof. Our biggest issue is with the roof that was replaced and continues to leak. We have had someone here 3 x to fix it. now once again it is leaking, that is unheard of for a new roof. We had several small things left unfinished and they are difficult to get a hold of, often the mailbox is full. They took and were to repair a screen door that was never returned. Our front railing on our home was never replaced properly after siding replaced, this is a fall hazard. the address on the house was never replaced, we were threatened to be cited for this by the city. Although Jerry is a wonderful salesman I have lost confidence that he will stand behind his work. We feel that we are at his mercy and I also fear that their will be mold due to the many times our roof has leaked after being replaced by this company. I hope they will return our calls regarding our roof, we have new furniture in this room and cannot afford to ruin it, nor do I want to continue living with tarps over it every time it rains hard.
