Hired Roque to install a furnace February 2022. I made the mistake of paying him before the job was done. Since he was referred to me from a good friend i assumed he would take care of me. He has yet to complete his work and has ignored my calls and texts. October I saw him and he apologized for dodging me and shook my hand and gave me his word that he would get the job done before November. He won't return my calls or texts. He text me every few days and kept saying tomorrow. Tomorrow. I got busy today. Ill come by Monday. That went on for almost a year now. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE LIKE I DID!! THIS GUYS A THIEF AND DOES SHADY WORK!!
