Construction of the detached garage was supposed to be completed late spring. Construction CO was issued in September. No one was supposed to enter our home with out the accompaniment of Rob Harkins the partner of Jody Anderson for electrical. All the subs were given the location of a key so they could come and go in our home as they pleased. We found sheet rock cleanup in the kitchen sink and toilets that had been used and not flushed. We were not living there full time so the water had been cut off. Mr Harkins was very dishonest in most all communications. We have video and audio where Mr Anderson entered the house after being told where the key was by Mr Harkins. Mr Anderson went through personal belongings in our home. This was confirmed by Mr Harkins when he saw the audio and heard the video. I hope this helps someone else.
