    Avoid at All Costs -- Untrustworthy

    We had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this building company. After taking a significant amount of money from us, they referred us to a structural engineer who completely failed to deliver on what we asked for. The engineer's work was not only inadequate but also a waste of time and money.

    To make matters worse, we later discovered that the company had charged a 30% commission for simply making the referral -- something they never clearly disclosed upfront. When we brought up our concerns and asked for a refund, they refused to return any of our money.

    We strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
