Park Heights Roofing replaced my siding in 2019, I was highly impressed with the skills shown during installation and knowledge of the project manager and estimator of the job.

Had the company replace my roof 6 months ago. My first problems was the 20% additional charge over the price of the contract for wood replacement.
Then 6 months later on a Friday night, the roof started leaking around a vent pipe. I called and I sent emails. I didn't received a response until Monday. It rained the entire weekend. I had to have the leak fixed by someone else. When they called, and I explained the problem, their response was it was the weekend, we don't work on the weekends. I was upset that they couldn't even check emails or phone messages in the event of an emergency. I paid for a new roof! They said they were sorry for the problem I experienced and said they are here for me, if I need anything else. SERIOUSLY!

We used Park Heights to do our roof. They did an adequate installation job but we later discovered the following problems:
* Sloppy workmanship
* Damage to siding
* Failure to plug in new electrical fan in attic
* Failure to reconnect attic flue (which brings up carbon monoxide from boiler)
On the whole this sloppy service not only left us with concerns going forward, but posed risks to my family's health. We did not discover the problems with the fan and flue for a whole year, and had to hire another company to fix the issues.
I would highly recommend you stay away from this firm.
