I had a front porch support beam that supported two levels of my house - the porch itself, and the roof. There was rot on both sections of the beam, and Parke Construction gave a reasonable estimate and performed the work on time, with no issues. They were thorough and communicated with me about all steps of the process.
I am going to use them for a second project, and again the experience has been positive. I wouldn't hesitate to call Parke Construction.

Parke Construction Inc Employees
Sill Plates and Floor Joists Replacement project.
During the project there was good communication, and all seemed fine. After this companies' workers completed the work and received final payment, they simply stopped communicating, except one time a worker said he will tell let the owner know we are trying to get those things, and despite our efforts since February 23rd when work was done and Parke Construction stated they would leave the key to the house, the receipts, and the signed inspection papers in the house. This never happened, and it is now April 13th.
