I’ve had two scheduled appointments to have my furnace tuned up. The first time no one showed up or called. When I inquired, I was told the technician decided he couldn’t do the tune up.
The second time, again no one showed up or called. Enquiring the following day was told the technician was there and no one answered. As I was home all day, I don’t believe this. I asked why no one called when they were here and was told they don’t do that.
After reading the other reviewers I see that getting them to follow through with the agreed upon appointment is common place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
