The only contractor I used was Parker Concrete. They were excavating, contructing forms and pouring forms for new homes in our neighborhood.
Pluses:
Excellent workmanship. Full Service. On time. Reasonable pricing.
Minus: They demanded full payment within 10 days of their completion of work or the job foreman said he would submit a lean on our house. He gave me the total and I mailed Parker a check that day. The actual bill came in the mail the next day for the amount he indicated.
