Zero stars actually. Chad Volkerding ran out of town after cheating us out of $150,000 during our new home build. Never paid subcontractors. Did shoddy work. Lied over and over then skipped town. We had to pay double for painters, electricians, deck builders, etc. We had written Chad checks and he kept the money rather than pay the subs. Left in the middle of the night. Absolute nightmare!
