I needed service that day for a real estate transaction. I called several plumbers in the area and Parkway was the only one that was willing to do the job on such short notice. I will be forever grateful. They didn't charge me more for this last minute job and remained in contact with me throughout the entire process. I am an investor and will definitely use them for all of my plumbing jobs.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Parkway Plumbing to all my friends. Our hot water heater was leaking and needed replaced. Called them early morning and they came and took my old heater away and installed a new water heater same day. That is what I call service!! Thank You Parkway Plumbing.

I hired Parkway Plumbing and Heating to install a heat pump, furnace, new duct work and, tankless hot water heater. Frank Villi, the owner came to my house personally to give me a bid. He explained what I needed and what I didn't need. (that's right, he is so honest, he told me what I didn't need to spend money on.) His grandson Frank and nephew Joey came to do the work. They were punctual, polite, neat and considerate. Frank called to check on the job. He even took the time to check on any rebates that I might be eligible for. He saved the barcodes from the items I had purchased, filled out the paper work, brought it to me to sign...I got back $1,500! We are very happy with everything. Don't trust your home to just anyone.

As someone else stated... use at your own risk...we got ripped off!! We got new unit end of last summer. This summer wasn't working. Called to have services in MAY! NO RESPONSE! I received a call, they left message about other services they provide. At the time I didn't realize the nightmare. Called left a message to call about that AND my AC. Nothing... it's July 16th!! And 90 plus degrees in my house!! I had someone else come out... who attempted to figure out issue. Due to it taking a few different attempts and finally finding issue. They cannot get us in until 27th! Not their fault... but Parkway I will make sure that anyone I know will never use your services! You charged us for what a FULL unit could be and never did the other part in the attic... the units are now not compatible which there's no way you couldn't have known that and you would have discovered that if so IF YOU WOULD HAVE CAME BACK!! I see why you have so many small claims against you! We will likely be on that list!!
