Parlament Roofing & Construction Salesman came to the house, we signed a contract which was higher than original estimate due to price increase in metal. I understood that and accepted it. I signed the contract. The next morning, I received a call from the salesman telling me that, despite signing a contract, the company had changed the price once again and increased the price by another $10,000. I said no and he said that he would return my down payment check to me. I asked to have the owner of the company call me. Here it is a week later, no phone call and no check. I find it amazing that, within 12 hours, they can nullify a contract but that it takes a week to return my check. And, oh, by the way, I had received an estimate from another roofer. He came back after Parlament screwed me. He also told me that the price had increased… by $700. That's a far cry from $10,000 for the same 40 year metal. Avoid this company, period. I would give "ZERO" stars but that isn't an option.
