    They let me work with them to accomplish our goals.

    They were able to complete the job in the said amount of time. The finish of the job turned out really nice. The only issue that I found was that there were a few boards that I found that should have not been used as they were split and/or damaged. Other than that I would recommend

    Jay and his crew were very professional and helpful. They did a bathroom tearout and remodel and it turned out great. They also put tile up in my kitchen and wine area, painted. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They went above and beyond for me and I would totally hire them again for any future projects.

    Decks and Porches project

    Slow to complete project. Didn't send a full crew for each stage of the project. Missed timelines and dragged out the project resulting in their not completing all the work. Did not listen to suggestions. Project was about 95 percent completed months later but they did not fully complete the project as planned. Had to redo several things along the way. It was constructed well but left several parts of the projects uncompleted. In the end they did not return calls and requests. Now they have declared bankruptcy and are out of business. The contractor was a poor manager of staff, projects and time management.

More important to me as a consumer was that J was easy to work with and flexible--he follows up to make sure the customer is satisfied. His company bids were always very competitive.     I find this company to be highly efficient in all aspects of the construction that I have asked for their assistance. Quick turn around on cost estimates, recommendations for the best products to use to get the desired finish product, work done in timely and in a top quality manner. Great clean up and desire to make sure we are happy with the work done! Highly recommend!
