    Bump out of kitchen and bathroom. Upper level of home: updated flooring, paint, lighting, deck and

    We were told in April 2021 at the project would take approximately 12 weeks and will cost approximately $285,000, total.

    The contractor has been given over $400,000 on top of the additional almost $200,000 that I have spent out of my own pocket because he said things were covered in the beginning, and when it came time to have them paid for it, he would make up an excuse as to why they weren’t covered. And I needed to pay more money.
    Here it is November 2022 and the money given to him for cabinetry in September 2021 still has not been given to the cabinet company, once the cabinet company receives the money. It’s a minimum of three months for the cabinets to be built. Once the cabinets are installed, it is approximately another three months for the countertops to be cut. The $25,000 given to him for a pool has not produced a pool or anything for a pool or any groundwork for a pool. Please look at the yelp review as it allowed me to post photographs. The figure asked for in this review is the total amount that I have spent so far for the job that is not completed. Nothing on this project is completed, there are multiple problems with subcontractors that he has hired, and the work that they completed is quite frankly put a hack job. When I called the state about their compliance, it was found that most of these subcontractors hired by Parmiter And Sons Construction are non-compliant with the state of Montana, the worst being out of date for 15 years.
