During the build was fine, everything since close has been an absolute nightmare. Never touched anything from our inspection report and has continued to lie to us for 2 years about things he says he is going to fix. This guy is a complete fraud and I would recommend staying away from him at all costs. Even his realtor Ed Coe is exactly the same.
