This business claims to be the best. They did not follow required codes when installing Durolast, on my roof and it now appears they even covered a drain. This building has survived many many hurricanes and extremely heavy rain since it was built in the 1920s. But after heavy rain from Harvey - the first really heavy rain after installation, the roof on this building collapsed, ruining all of my tenant’s business belongings. When called same day, parsons denied any responsibility, and also said they could not address the failure (although their website says they can handle anything, repair any damage), that they did nothing wrong (they brag about high quality workmanship, meeting all expectations and rules, and having the best warranty in the business, which is the furthest thing from the truth). And on top of all that they REFUSED to give me the name of their insurance company, for years. I’m so mad at them I’d love to find a lawyer to help me sue them for the repairs, lost rent, and ruined merchandise. What they did and do us wrong. They lie. They are as crooked as they come.
