We definitely do NOT recommend this contractor to anyone! Dave Parsons built our home 7 years ago and we had nothing but problems during the build. We had to monitor the progress daily. Maybe he had too many projects going at that time and had his son helping him, learning on our home. We still have the checklists of items that need fixed. And we still have evidence of poor workmanship.
