Partners 4 Design Construction
Founded by John and David, Partners 4 Design LLC has served Minneapolis and the surrounding area for more than 38 years, specializing in residential design and remodeling. The firm’s roots trace back to kitchen and bath projects envisioned in an attic cedar closet and today extend to a broad range of home renovations. John, a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Architecture, leads concept development by working closely with clients to translate ideas into tailored designs. David, also a University of Minnesota architecture graduate, guides each project from concept through completion and designs spaces that reflect each homeowner’s needs. Owner and general contractor Andy Ostreim, who joined the company in 2005, manages daily operations and brings an accounting background from Augsburg College. Partners 4 Design is known for integrating architectural insight with practical project management in the Twin Cities residential market.
