when Bob Smith of Partners Painting came to look at the project of painting my home he let me tell him what I wanted. we had a walk around and then including my wife, we had a conversation about the job. we came to a meeting of the minds. Bob's input was welcomed. The job was laid out duration, start date and completion date. Job was completed and advertised. A walk around was done after the completion and a couple of very minor corrections were made. The following week we received a follow up call from partners painting to insure we were satisfied. Painting Partners estimate was in the ball park with others, but Bob made me feel like he was someone I wanted to paint my house and he and his crew didn't disappoint.
