Received Patricia's name on a referral basis. 1.5 year duration for a lakehouse renovation, she provided an incomplete set of plans for my project, and took full pay ~$1400 cash. My multiple emails and petitions resulting in no reply.
Also referred her to my neighbors, to which they received pushy cash up front sales tactics, refusing a quote until her 'retainer was paid and turned her down. They received multiple return in person cold calls with discount offers for service.
Avoid this scammer at all costs.

We also received Patricia's name on a referral basis. She was used for a simple gable end extension on an existing residential garage. We also received the pushy up-front deposit tactic. When I reviewed the plans, it was if she copied something from another project. The 12' extension would have looked like an abortion had I built to her design. When I discussed this with her, she refused to make any changes. She also said call other Architects and see what they charge, I work very cheap. She was right and I got exactly what I paid for. Needless to say, I hired a REAL Architect and got the plans done correctly. As Jesse said, "Avoid this scammer at all costs!"
