This customer began posting negative reviews under the FALSE name of “Ron” hours after PWD took action by filing a property lien for their non-payment of their nearly $13k balance owed to us. Yes, I got screen shots of the “Ron” (fake account) review it before it was removed. And he is calling me deceptive? We completed our job and it passed county inspection. Yes, one window panel & one sliding glass door panel had a scratch. Scratches are difficult to see until the products are installed. Both are manufacturing defects in the glass. There were a few minor flaws on frames, which PGT repaired. Customer self-admitted it may have been her “OCD” condition pointing out extremely minor things. Two weeks ago, this customer e-mailed me, demanding we, Pasco Window & Door, install more (PGT) windows for him. We refused due to his non-payment of his 1st project. So we are such a terrible company that does such terrible work with inferior products, but he demanded we do more.. hmmm? I NEVER claimed PGT produced an “inferior” product, that is simply a lie. My exact words in an e-mail were, “I also believe PGT will be able to resolve any issues covered under their warranty”. I said this because, IMO, I DO believe that PGT produces top quality products & has just proven they are a manufacturer that stands behind their products & honor their warranty. PWD addressed all issues this customer had. During our last visit this customer told our guys what a great job we did (very contradicting to this review). Attempting to damage a small, local business with lies and not paying them are the actions of a bully & demonstrates ones character.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. I would give a 10 out of 5 !!! They offer a great selection and their customer service is second to none. The installation is also second to none, super professional, beautiful work.
I wanted to replace my 2 old sliders going out to my pool deck with French doors with sidelights. Right off the bat I figured that a door and window shop would be too expensive. So I went to Home Depot. Nothing but bad news there...I couldn’t get what I wanted, they told me what I wanted couldn’t be done or it's not available anywhere...so I had to settle for something else...plus everything I would get would be a custom order...and would take 8 to 12 weeks to come in...needless to say I was not impressed.
So the wife and I headed over to Custom Windows & Doors of Pasco just to see what's what. Well, Nicole was super helpful and very friendly...within 45 minutes I was walking out with EXACTLY what I wanted and MORE...and here's the kicker...all cheaper than Home Depot...from order to finished install...6 weeks !!!!!!
I highly recommend these guys...the absolute best !!!!

Deceptive and incompetent. IMO, Absolutely nothing Pasco Window and Doors says - Andrea specifically - can be trusted, neither can their contract. We contracted with them for 5 windows and doors, 4, yes 4, had to be repaired or replaced because Pasco Window and Door doesn’t inspect the product they buy and install. What’s worse is they knew at least two of the products had huge scratches in them and installed them anyway. As if that wasn’t enough Chris and Andrea then claimed it was PGTs fault for producing a product that was inferior…despite blasting how they only install top quality PGT windows. Because they claim it is a “warranty issue” you have to deal directly with PGT. Of course PWD doesn’t disclose any of this up front and it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the contract. It is a disgusting business practice, but after dealing with Andrea, I would expect nothing less. Had we spoken to her first we never would have contracted with them.
As an aside, Thank God PGT is an honest company with competent people. You can trust them, but not Pasco Window and Door.
