So unhelpful. We tried on several occasions to get an AutoCAD file of a project they completed sent over from their files. Professionals in this industry typically work together this way. Typically, they send it over...no big deal. They flat out refused to help us, sending us all over the place, wasting our time.
Unprofessional and so very unhelpful.
