Awesome pool company and super easy to work with. We asked Passick Pools about the review below and they showed us pics of Dawn B’s and the pool they built her is complete and done. Not sure why they are upset about there beautiful pool. They also showed us pics of the contract and pics of the dig which the pic of the dig was later then the contract date. Such liars about this company. My experience was nothing like described and we also met and spoke with 3 other pools he completed which were also 5 star reviews on Home Advisor. Thank you Passick Pools.

Where do I begin... for those of you looking to build a pool in Las Vegas, do yourselves a favor and check the Nevada Contractors Board before hiring this degenerate. If I could give Dustin Passick 0 stars for both his shoddy work ethic (or lack thereof) and his immoral behavior, I would. We made the mistake of hiring Passick Pools to build our pool last year. We should have known from inception that it was a mistake when he started digging up our yard prior to having a signed contract and then when he finally did show up with a contract it somehow was a higher price than agreed upon. Not only did he fail to complete the project on time, he didn't complete it at all! He didn't provide what was in his contract which does not have the proper verbiage required for a Nevada contract, and what was completed was installed by unlicensed subcontractors, who sued him in Small Claims Court for non payment. After we filed a complaint with the Contractors Board, he thought he would be clever and file an unlawful lien against our home. He then hired some ambulance chaser to file a breach of contract suit against us in Justice Court. Breach of contract?!? Passick Pools is in breach of contract, not us. Do yourselves a favor and run from this clown.

I chose 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. This company was sent a work order from Pentair to fix my pool pump under warranty. I was told by pentair that someone would be contacting me with in 72 hours after the claim was made. This did not happen. I had to call them. I spoke with a man on Tuesday that seemed familiar with my work order and stated he was waiting for the part from pentair and if he didn’t receive it by Wednesday then he would go buy the part and get it fixed ASAP being this was my only pump. So I’m thinking ok awesome I will have my pool up and running soon. Wednesday went by and never heard from him. My husband then called and he gave him the same BS of I’m still waiting on the part and will call us back. Never heard from him. It is now Thursday and has been a full 7 days of our pool not running. Now mind you he is now ignoring both mine and my husbands calls. We called pentair again and they attempted to make contact with him. He did not answer their call either. Pentair also told us that nothing has been ordered from Passick Pools to fix our pump. They haven’t been out to inspect the pump and find out what’s wrong with it. It is now Friday and 8 days of stagnant water. We called pentair again, they attempted to call him again. No answer. They assigned the work order to another company which we hope we have better luck with. Anyone looking to use this company for pool services should look elsewhere. I get we aren’t paying customers for pool services but they also signed up with pentair as an authorized repair center. So they should treat every customer with respect and not lie to them.

It is laughable at best that this company has their friends writing reviews for them to counter the negative reviews that expose Dustin Passick for what he is. According to one of these "five star reviews" our contract was shown to someone that is not a party to the contract - I don't know what photos were shown to these people that would give any indication that our pool was complete or. built correctly, however, they clearly have no idea what they are looking at and/or what this pool was supposed to be vs. what we received or Passick Pools would not have been cited and fined by the Nevada Contractors Board and in current litigation in District Court. It's interesting that we are being contacted by people who are having the same issues with Passick Pools that we did and are all filing complaints against this company. Do your homework people and make sure you know who you are hiring.
