Pat Kelly Construction Co., Inc. is a general contracting company which has been in business continually and successfully since November, 1979. We specialize in residential and commercial custom renovations, additions and restoration work. We handle all demolition and carpentry work and contracts with reliable, insured and licensed (when applicable) subcontractors to perform various trades as specific projects require.

Pat Kelly, owner and operator of the company, has a full crew of carpenters and laborers (most of whom have more than 20 years experience in the field). Pat's family is involved in the day to day operation of the business. Pat's wife, Mary, manages the office while his son, Brendan works in the field. Although his daughters, Maureen and Colleen do not work for the company, they each have made contributions.

We have performed commercial renovation/addition work for several organizations in the Hudson Valley. In many cases, we have done numerous projects for these organizations. The projects have ranged in size from small projects ($10,000 and under) to large projects up to approximately $600,000. All projects awarded to the company have been successfully completed.

In addition to commercial work, we have successfully completed residential renovation work of all sizes and scopes ranging from small projects under $10,000 to large custom renovation work in the range of $1.2 million. We have been successful in large part from repeat customers and from direct referrals from satisfied customers.

We maintain full liability and workers' compensation insurance. Pat Kelly and his crew have completed the 10 hour OSHA training course in Albany, NY.

    Patrick Kelly is very honest and trustworthy he's and amazing contractor and backs up all his work. Im so very Happy with my masterroom addition & master bathroom along with my remodeled home he made my house a home Thank you Patrick Kelly and Bill Cooper Did my blueprints he's also awesome

    I have worked with Pat Kelly on numerous projects over the past couple of years, and I can honestly attest to the man's quality, veracity, and integrity. The man and his team are A+ in my book. I've been involved in the construction industry for over thirty years, and so I've seen it all. I recommend Pat without reservation.
