Pat is honest and has serviced (treated and replaced damaged shingles) my cedar roof twice in 8 years. He also cleaned and stained my deck and couldn't be happier. Timely and cleans up after jobs. Very professional and with fair prices.

Twice I contracted with Pat M Gorman Roofing to replace and repair loose or missing shakes
on my cedar shake roof. Pat guaranteed that he would replace any missing shakes for a period of three years. Less than one year later I find I have a leak in the roof so I left messages with Pat several times. Some time later he gets back to me to say that when he "gets back into the area" he will call me to discuss what to do. Weeks later, and after at least three more call from me, he finally calls and when I tell him I need him to fix the missing shakes he tells me there is a $350 minimum change to even look at the roof. When I bring up his warranty he tells me 'There is no way he would warrantee an entire roof". I told him I just wanted him to do as he promised and replace the missing/loose shakes. He then got belligerent and refused fix the roof as promised.
I would never do business with him. I informed him I would be filing a suit in small claims court.
