  Fix the leading edge of the roof and seal it

  Said he would get in touch about time to show up. Work team shows up next day and is up on roof with coating tools. Pat shows up and starts talking B.s. about he works by a handshake. I told him yesterday I wanted a contract. He hands me a piece of 3x5 that's mostly illegible. We paid him off, and he left without completing the work that his paper says . Don't hire this guy he's a fast talker gypsy like the other reviews say

  Pat is the worst contractor I ever hired. Ever word out of his mouth was pure BS. He painted my building outside and never washed it or even nocked down the spider webs. Missed so many spots. He also trashed up my yard. I talked to him several times on these issues and he just insulted my intelligence everytime he spoke to me.. learn from my experience and don’t ever hire this joker gipsy to do anything

  Painting

  He painted our shed roof and within a year the rust was starting to show thru again. He had given me a 8 year warranty saying he'll repaint it for free if rust shows thru. He did stop by again then when I told him I want the roof repainted, well I never saw him again :(

  Pat painted me roof and said roof still leaked to call him. Several attempts to reach him using the numbers he gave have failed.

  Seriously?

  absolutely terrible, left a mess on the farm and still hasn't come back to finish. 3 months later, multitudes of phone calls. this is for the Sherlock from Carolinas, not Iowa.
