A very very dishonest and heartless contractor!!! He is now teaching his son HOW TO SCHEME AND RIP OFF RETIRED CITIZENS AFTER WORKING HARD TO BUY A HOUSE. HIS WORKMANSHIP IS POOR AND HE NEVER FINISHES WHAT HE STARTS IF HE DOES THE WORK IS SLOPPY. HE BECOMES MEMBERS AND HAS ACCOUNTS WITH BBB AND DBPR AND AGENCIES LIKE THAT BECAUSE MONEY TALKS! He cancelled the permits on us and I had to pay the county to apply for a residential permit so I can get a certificate of residency even though I paid him for all of that he was supposed to replace the HVAC bc we had an electrical fire, we had to come out of pocket to replace it bc it was hazardous. He took all the supplies from the house while in rebuilt mode bc I refused to give him the next drawer since he did not complete the previous drawer ! HE PUT US THROUGH HELL. BUT GOD IS GREAT AND HE CARRIED US THROUGH THE FIRE; HE GOES AROUND SAYING HE IS A DEACON IN HIS CHURCH! He also rips my screened in patio bc the subs had to get some work done in the exterior of the house and he never replaced it so we had to pay out of pocket again. We had to pay for electrical and plumbing of which he was paid via contract it is so much that list is so long with unfinished work he even schemed me by lying and getting cheap vendors for kitchen cabinets after I chose who I wanted to purchase from (he went behind my back and got wo HE wanted which was cheap but looked similar so we went to vendor who said he bought NOTHING from them. ) Then he ripped us off with sliding doors; and never installed dimmers throughout the house after we paid for them. HE DRAINED US DRY AND THEN LEFT US TO FACE THE COUNTY SO WE CAN GET TO OCCUPY OUR OWN HOME. BEWARE OF PATE HOMES AND HIS SON WHO IS HIS PARTNER IN CRIME THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING HE PROMISED TO GIVE ME BACK SOME OF MY OWN DAMN MONEY AND HE NEVER DID!!! (How can a parent train their child to be so heartless…)It’s only a matter of time bf he gets a taste of his very OWN medicine!
BTW HE SUGAR COATS HIS REASONS WHY WITH CONTRACTORS TERMINOLOGY.
