Installed an HVAC system necessary to meet the needs of our 3,200 square foot home. Courteous and professional. Quick installation and swift, efficient follow-up for a few minor blips.

He is currently under investigation by the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for fraudulently selling 10 year parts and labor warranties, which turn out to be parts only and no labor. Patrick allows people to operate under his license and "sell" these non-existent warranties AND also install units which are not up to code. They do this out of county as to not be held liable by his local code enforcement. We are out of pocket thousands as a result of Patrick Air's fraudulent warranty and not to code installation. We have been trying to contact him for over a year and he has refused to correct our concerns. Sadly we now have to share our story... Please contact me if we can help you from being defrauded by Patrick Air.
Response from Patrick Air LLC November 13, 2017The Better Business Bureau has closed the case due to it being "OUT OF PURVIEW." The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is in the process of dismissing the complaint also. PatrickAir,LLC contacted Mr. DeStefano. We went to his home, in Cape Coral, FL (which is out of our service area) and inspected the system. Everything was in perfect working condition. We also fixed the issue of his labor warranty. The distributor that sold us the warranty went out of business shortly after we bought the warranty, never registered it, and took all of their records. PatrickAir,LLC contacted the manufacturer and was able to get Mr. DeStefano his warranty retroactive to the date of install. We strive to make all of our customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, not everyone can be pleased.
