Last week, we hired Pat's company to replace our 15 X 6 front porch flooring, and replace decaying posts and railings. He was courteous, enthusiastic and cost- conscious, and used quality materials. His workers, Marcio and Frank, arrived exactly at time promised, worked diligently all day, and returned the worksite to original condition when they left at night. The project finished in under two days. We are very happy with the work and plan to hire Pat again in the spring for additional work on the property.
