Patrick has done the details of two projects of past homes - Torrance and Manhattan Beach. His mill work - crown moldings, chair rails, fireplace mantle, etc. was very refined and his crew was great. We currently have an ongoing small project here at our current home in RPV, hopefully, will be done next week. He's very busy...tough to reach :) but keep trying...he's worth the wait if you have patience!!!!
