Finish carpentry and tile are what Pat is known for. He started in the construction industry at age 15 and has 40 years of experience in the Northwest. He has held construction management position in Eugene, Oregon, Seattle, Washington, and Anchorage, Alaska. In 1992 he decided to put his passion into his own business, taking great care of his clients homes and attention to detail. Pat enjoys all phases of construction, if you are starting from the ground up or just need a little demo and freshening he can do it all. He only uses quality sub contractors for plumbing and electrical needs. Chances are Pat will be able to help you on your next project.

    I hired Pat to do a kitchen remodel. He did such an amazing job, was always extremely easy to work with, and has such a positive and friendly attitude. Honestly, can say that this was a completely painless remodel with results that surpassed my expectations. I can hardly wait to put him to work again.

    Excellent Craftsman

    I have known and worked with Pat for almost 20 years. He have also impressed me with the attention to detail and the finish of his projects. I never, until now had a chance to have him work on my own home. He did not disappoint the project turned out beautiful and in way less time than I expected. Great job Pat. Thank you.

    After having the opportunity to see some of Pat's work, we hired Pat for three different projects in our home.

    The first was adding crown molding and window, door moldings for our entire home. He made wonderful suggestions that enabled us to pick out and add the detail work to our 1949 home, that would help us to keep the work true to our mid-century home.

    The second project, was a complete to total kitchen remodel. Pat was clear on design and budget and suggested changes that would help aesthetically and budget wise as well. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we still receive compliments.

    The third project was a bathroom remodel, a complete and total overhaul. Pat did another beautiful job. We love his attention to detail, his ability to work within our budget.

    But lastly, one of the pure pleasures of working with Pat is his charming and witty personality. That is just a wonderful benefit. He also uses like-minded subs.

    Pat Grandaw has great energy, fun to work with. He built us a little cottage to match our house perfectly. Help with ideas and updates inside our house also. Highly recommend him.

    Pat did a new kitchen countertop and some other remodelling work for us. He did good work and is meticulous. He was very easy to work with and I would use him again.

    Pat Grandaw construction built 2 salons for me. I liked the reasonable rates and he is easy to work with. Pat has continued to do several projects for my business, he is knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I have enjoyed working with Pat over the years. I would highly recommend Pat Grandaw Construction for all phases of construction.
