I am very disappointed in Pat Jacobs. He has not returned calls about an issue we have had with a bifold door he installed. He also windows for us and we had two issues: his worker stole money from a drawer in our bedroom. Although he replaced the money, his first thought was that we were mistaken. The second issue is more significantly: he took the outside cornices from our antique house and never replaced them, making the window look cheap.
