Run, don't walk, from this builder! Do yourself a favor and find a real builder in Charleston and stay away from this guy. He is only a part time builder. He works out of his truck and cell phone. He real job is as a full time fireman for Charleston so he is never around when you need him. No one will be supervising your job to make sure that quality work is done. He is all smiles and talk when you start out but I can almost guarantee that you will end up in court before the job is done. Seemed like a great deal when we started but we ended up paying in the end. There are lots of real builders in Charleston who aren't the cheapest but you will be happier going that route. Wish we had!
