Pat Lee is an outstanding contractor. He manages all aspects of the job, meeting and exceeding all of our expectations. His finished product is fantastic. I would not have anyone else do work on my house. I highly recommend him.

Patrick Lee started project in our home. He claimed he would manage all aspects of job. Unfortunately he failed to obtain reliable subcontractors resulting in a delayed timeline and disorganized job.
Work quality average.
Some of his laborers work very shoddy.
More interested in control than customer service.
Avoid him at all costs

Pat Lee and his workers are excellent. Their work is beautiful and you will be proud to show your friends any work they have done on your home. He is always available and always answers his phone. He demands the best materials for his work and checks over the lumber for the slightest imperfection before using it on your home.
Pat includes the homeowner in every detail. He and his workers are always there when they say they will be. In addition, they are all gentlemen. They arrive on the dot when they say they will, are exceptionally polite and trustworthy. You never have to worry about bad language in your home as is common with some contractors. When he calls in subcontractors for some specific detail, he is always present when they are at your home, demanding from them the same high standards. Pat's estimates are very detailed and there are no surprises. He has done work for us over the years from smaller projects to very big projects and we would never call anyone else. In addition, he will happily return after the project is done if you ever have any concern.
