    Demo & Removal of Second Story Deck
    $4,000

    When I started looking for a contractor to demo and remove our second story deck I had no idea that all I needed to do is contract Patrick Miller Construction and that I would be so delightfully pleased! 

    Adriaan came to our home the next day and gave us an estimate quickly. We were very comfortable with him.  Instead of feeling like he wanted to sell us something, we felt like he was genuine in his efforts to help us.
    He came to our home several times during the project to make sure it started, was progressing, and finished properly. The crew did a great job! They were very meticulous, took care of our property, and cleaned up when they left.
    Deck is gone....not a sliver left in our yard! 

    Patrick delivered the dumpster the day before and took it away the next morning on a Saturday!
    Our neighbors had their roof replaced by another company and the dumpster was left in their driveway for over a week! 

    If you are looking for a company that is excellent at communication, trustworthy, and gets the job done right and on time... look no further.

    We hired Patrick Miller Construction on the promise he or another project manager would be supervising work. That didn't happen. We had to tear out their 3 layers of sheetrock (3 failed attempts at square walls) and hire somebody else to finish. They were onsite for at least 6 months (not including about a month for covid break) for a 2 week job. It was a horrible experience. Our complaints were answered with "it's good enough" until we had enough and let them go with some refund. We're still fixing their mess.

    I can't really recommend Patrick Miller Construction. They did ok on my roof replacement. Much better than the previous contractor, but I gave up bugging them for a warranty certificate. There were a few things that lacked strong follow through. I was lead to believe their crew was employees, but they were sub contractors.

    I'm pretty picky and I have done roofing in the past so am pretty knowledgable.

    We have 15 employees that do carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, and window installation. We sub contract roofing and roof replacement on residential projects. I am sorry if you felt mis lead on your roof replacement. Thank you for choosing our company to work on your home.
